Southwest Salad

I make this stuff all the time! It is one of my favorite things to eat. It is packed full of protein, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, healthy carbs… ALL THE THINGS!!!

Ingredients

1/2 head Lettuce chopped
2 Tomatoes
1 Avocado diced
1/2 Bell pepper
1 cup black beans
Juice from half a lime
Chili powder
Garlic powder or fresh garlic
Onion powder or fresh onion
Paprika
Black pepper
Cilantro
Cumin
Salt (optional)

Directions

Put everything except the spices in a big bowl.
Coat the top with all the spices except for the cumin.
Add a light coat of cumin.
Add some salt if you like (Make sure it’s the Himalayan stuff).
Mix it all up.
