Healthy Homemade Tortillas

These 2-ingredient babies are whole wheat, sugar-free, oil-free, salt-free, and are perfectly soft and delicious. Get the recipe here. Taste the yum!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of whole wheat stone-ground
Hungarian flour (or any kind of flour)
water

Directions

Put one cup of flour in a mixing bowl.
Add water and stir until there’s enough
water to make a dough.
Separate dough into four balls.
Roll each ball out into round tortillas
with a roller on a floured surface.
Cook on medium-low in a round skillet
until the tortilla is hot and dry but still pliable.
